Second Annual Awards Banquet and Dinner.

Raceway Park is proud to announce it second annual awards banquet and dinner to be held on November 21st 2009, at South Sioux City Golf Dome.

Tickets are only $17 per person and can be purchased at RJ Machine. Tickets will also be available the door for $20.00 per person.

Happy Hour starting at 5:30 pm Dinner at 7:00 pm and award ceremony shortly after. Following the award ceremony there will be music and dancing.

IMCA 2010 4 classes

We have sanctioned 4 classes with IMCA for the 2010 season. A mods, Sport mods, Stockcars, Hobbystocks. We hope everyone will come out and see all the improvements we are making.

Cheaters nite

Regrettably, we will not be able to have the Cheaters night as originally planned to end out the 2009 racing season. While we understand the wish for 'one more night of racing' this season and would love to accommodate, circumstances surrounding the auction do not make it a turnkey operation to open the doors for one more night of racing in 2009. We send out our thanks to all who supported Raceway Park this year and look forward to a new beginning and a great year of racing in 2010!

I would like to thank everyone for there support this season. The auction was tonite and Tom Reed retains sole ownership of the track. I Ron Jensen will be the promoter and tech director in the 2010 season. I know there are alot of rumors but they are false. We with your continued support will have an awsome season again. I will announce the date of the banquet when I get everything lined up. Thanks again.

I am really sick of the officials not calling the race right. I know that I am not the only one. This joke of a track is getting to be sickening. I am no Jay Noteboom fan by any means and of Jimmy Cole for that matter but this is crap. I guess the old saying goes: money talks and walks. Tonight's race was one of them. On one of the cautions, Jimmy Cole was in the lead by turn 4 and Jay was behind him. The time keeper placed Noteboom in first place when he wasn't in the lead....

I do believe that when someone spins out during a race they are "suppose to" to go the back of the pack. Tonight, that wasn't the case for a certain individual. Just wondering why some people get to slip through the rule book? Also I would like to add that not every race fan is entitiled to cheer for the same driver.

Just a quick question for those in the know or those who THINK they are in the know. After Jimmy and "Racer" got together coming out of 4 and Jimmy got out of his car and chucked his helmet at Stephans WHY WAS HE ALLOWED TO FINISH THE RACE?? Any other track I've been to , that kind of childish crap would get you escorted off the track and probably win you a couple weeks at home to think about it. So what gives ? any ideas??

Just a small comment on the meaning of the "Blackflag"get off the track and when that driver fails to obey the race should be stopped and the blackflag driver should be fined.Lots of accidents in the past weeks due to "blackflag"drivers.And maybe if "blackflag"drivers stay on track fine should be per lap that they fail to "get off "and if not stop the race and remove that car and ban from track for the same amount of weeks in laps still on track.Just a...

How many cars have to wreck before they realize that track needs to be fixed. They can't expect drivers to come out every weekend and get their car tore up and need to work on it all week. I know a lot of them don't have the money for it. The worst thing they did was drag the track, yes it is suppose to fill in the holes as it drags, but not when it is wet. The best thing they could do is hire an outside company to come in and fix it. No one there has a clue, because if they did...
